January 1, 2024, well-known Ghanaian chef Faila Abdul Razak began a cook-a-thon marathon at the Hotel in Tamale, in the country’s northern region. Failatu Abdul-Razak has completed her first 24 hours thus far, and she still has hours left.

She accepts this incredible challenge with the goal of setting a new record by cooking for at least 120 hours, breaking the current record of 119 hours and 57 minutes.

This grand project intends to set a new standard in the culinary industry in addition to showcasing Chef Faila’s culinary prowess.

Thus far, she has cooked a variety of dishes, such as chicken and curry rice, plain rice with beef sauce, tuozaafi with ayoyo soup, fufu with souo, and many others.

Failatu Abdul Razak attended the Business Senior High School in Tamale which prepared her to turn into the business visionary she is today. Career

Failatu Abdul Razak is the chief and pioneer behind Mickey’s Inn. A continental restaurant tracked down in the hearts of the capital town of the Northern Region, Tamale.

She started the restaurant back in 2017 and has since served clients the best of dishes that have them trooping in and out of her shop consistently.

She is also a team member from Ijbah Ghana Foundation, a non-profit government organization (NGO) that tries to help and assist orphaned kids in the city. Thanks to the NGO, Faila and her team, through her restaurant has served dishes to many orphans and gave pleasure and grins to their faces.
