Barr. Uju Kennedy-Ohanenye, the ministerial nominee for Anambra State hails from Awka in Awka South Local Government Area of Anambra State. She was born on 23rd December 1978.

She received her primary school education at W.T.C. Primary School, Enugu where she obtained her First School Leaving Certificate. She had her secondary school education at Queens Secondary School, Enugu.

She gained admission into the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka in Anambra State to study Law. She graduated from Unizik with a Bachelor of Laws degree and proceeded to the Nigeria Law School in Lagos where she obtained her Barrister in Law certificate.

Barr. Uju Kennedy-Ohanenye served her fatherland for a year as a National Youth Service Corp member. Immediately after national youth service, she started active law practice and distinguished herself in the legal profession.

They were sold and distributed by vendors across the country. She also authored and published a book called ‘Eze Chidi and His 7 Wives’ which was later translated into Hebrew and sold in Israel.

Barr. Uju Kennedy-Ohanenye later ventured into multiple businesses and founded her company, Kenuj Investment Limited with interest in vast areas including real estate. Her company owns tens of high-end housing estates in the US, Lagos, Abuja, Owerri and other cities.

She is the Proprietress of Kenuj Angels School, Abuja; MD/CEO of Kenuj O2 Malls in Abuja and Owerri and the Executive Producer of the Kenuj Love Drops TV Show. Barr. Uju Kennedy-Ohanenye is the Founder of Kenuj Shower of Love Foundation and has a net worth of over $50 million.
