Tiwa Savage, Wizkid, Others Nominated For The ‘Best African Act’ At The 2020 MOBO Awards
The nominations list for the 2020 MOBO Awards is out. After going on a brief hiatus in 2017, the awards is back to reward music artists of black origin.

In the category of Best African Act, Nigerian artists who have been nominated are Burna Boy, Tiwa Savage, Davido, Fireboy DML, Rema, Adekunle Gold, and Wizkid. This has been confirmed from the official Twitter handle of the awards.

Nevertheless, They are all up against South Africa’s Master KG, Nigerian boy-band from East London, NSG, Ivorian-born Afro B, and Ghana’s Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale.

Tiwa Savage is the only female Nigerian artist nominated in the category.
